SMCEL-JPA Policy/Program Management Services
The San Mateo County Express Lanes Joint Powers Authority (SMCEL-JPA) has released a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Policy/Program Management Services to support the management and implementation of the San Mateo County US 101 Express Lanes. The consultant will be responsible for tasks such as program administration, express lane operations oversight, policy development, and financial analysis. A detailed Scope of Work is provided in Attachment A of the RFQ.
Closing Date/Time for Requests for Clarification regarding this RFQ: Monday, March 31, 2025 at 12:00 Noon PST.
Proposals are due prior to April 18, 2025, at 4:00 PM to Kim Wever at kwever@smcgov.org.
